I have been a patient of Dr. Ragsdale for over 10 years and I always have a wonderful experience. From the time I walk in the front door to sign in to the time I leave to checkout. Dr. Ragsdale and her staff are great and I would recommend her hands down to any dental group where you are a piece of meat on a conveyor belt.

I can't say enough that's good about this dental practice. As one who has NOT enjoyed trips to the dentist's office, this is as easy as it gets, and enjoyable as well. The staff is great, my hygienist is both excellent and has a good sense of humor, and Helen Ragsdale is both professional and friendly.

Jennifer Hatfield is the best dental hygienist professional in Austin, hands-down. Every procedure was explained clearly, with any questions answered in detail. Friendly, gentle and personable, you should be so lucky to get Jenn for your next cleaning. Dr. Ragsdale is friendly, up-front with your current dental health in the most caring way, and she ensures you are as comfortable as possible in a dentist's office. I hadn't been to a dentist in 7 years for various reasons, but after visiting Dr. Ragsdale's office twice, I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. And no, I was not paid for this review. My teeth are PHENOMENALLY clean and I had to rave about it.

In PE class, a frisbee hit my lower lip and my braces got stuck on my lip. My mom called Dr. Ragsdale and they told us to come immediately. She was waiting when we got there. It was my first time to see her but she made me feel very comfortable and treated me without hurting me at all. I was so glad that my mom called her today. Thanks Dr. Ragsdale

 The staff always greets you with beautiful smiles, everyone is very professional. The dental hygienist are very nice and handle you with gentle care, the receptionist is every sweet and always ask you about family and make sure all documents are update and in order. The best dentist in all of Central Texas is Dr. Helen Ragsdale, my family has been a client / friend / family since our son Christopher was five or six, and now he’s 17 with no cavities or gum issues. Dr. Ragsdale has taken care of my wife, son, mother and I over the course of at least 12 years. Dr. Ragsdale practice and staff is outstanding. Thank you to Dr. Helen Ragsdale and her staff for all that they have done for my family.
