This is the most amazing dentist office. This practice is not "in network" for my insurance, however it is worth the extra money. I would not go anywhere else.

I have avoided dentists for over 10 years & was very tense going in to see one. Dr Ragsdale and her entire staff went way above & beyond helping me to relax. Every person I came into contact with from the receptionist to the financial staff (who were totally nonjudgmental about what I could afford to do at the time) were so pleasant. Have already recommended to at least four other people with similar fears as mine and oddly enough, I'm actually looking forward to returning to her office to have the work she suggested done. Crazy!!

I had to have some additional dental work done (two crowns and a filling). Dr. Ragsdale and her staff made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed during my procedure.

I am happy so far with the color my teeth are turning after using the "ZOOM". I wish that I had done this ages ago. I love my bleaching trays too, but the Zoom seems so far to be well worth the cost. The office was clean, quiet, and the staff sincere in their welcome. The Doctor is extraordinarily meticulous in providing the best care and solutions. You won't find a dentist with a better chairside manner than this Doctor. Rates and costs are very reasonable for this high level of service.
I know that having had negative experiences from two previous dental groups would cause a patient to over rate the positive one, but quite to the contrary, my past positive dental experiences pale in comparison to Dr. Ragsdale's whole office visit and treatment experience. A patient is given undivided attention and detailed care. What a pleasant visit this was.

I have been with Dr. Ragsdale for a number of years now and have always received great dental care and service. When I first came to Dr. Ragsdale many years ago, I entered the office in abject fear (no exaggeration) as past dental experiences had been sessions in torture (no exaggeration) --- Dr. Ragsdale has brought me from that abject fear to where I can now walk into the office without that fear. The conscientious staff adds to the visit being a good one.
